About us

A small team, deliberately.

We stayed small on purpose. Eight engineers, no middle layers, no sales pipeline. Every project is staffed by the people building it — no bait-and-switch with junior teams after the contract is signed.

Our story

Sneray IT Solutions started in 2018 when two engineers quit their jobs at a large consultancy and decided they'd rather work directly with founders than attend status meetings. Seven years later we're still small, still independent, and still shipping.

We've built products for fintech startups, healthcare providers, logistics companies, and a handful of non-profits. The common thread: teams that wanted real senior engineers, not a rotating cast of contractors.

How we work

Fixed-scope projects when the requirements are clear. Retainers when they aren't. We bill weekly, write short reports, and never send an invoice you weren't expecting.

Most engagements run six to sixteen weeks. We'll tell you honestly if your project is smaller than that, or bigger than we can staff.

The team

Senior, every one.

Co-founder · Engineering

Backend systems, distributed architectures, and too many opinions about databases.

David Kemper

Co-founder · Product

Frontend, design systems, and translating vague ideas into shippable specs.

Six more engineers

Full-stack · DevOps · Mobile

A deliberately boring mix of seniority, domains, and time zones. We'll introduce you to whoever fits your project.

Principles

What we believe.

  • Boring technology wins. We pick tools that will still be maintained in five years.
  • Writing is thinking. Every project starts with a short doc, not a kickoff call.
  • Small batches. Ship weekly, learn, adjust. Multi-month dark launches are how projects die.
  • Say no sometimes. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you and point you to someone who is.
